The hotel boasts modern decor to a very high standard with clean, contemporary rooms and really comfy beds. However, the rooms at the back felt a bit empty due to very high ceilings and large spaces with little furniture.

The service was a bit mixed; most of the staff were friendly, but I did encounter one unfriendly encounter at reception. Additionally, there was confusion regarding breakfast charges, despite being initially informed it was included. However, the staff in the breakfast hall were helpful, even offering to walk with us to our building to open the door.

The location is perfect, within a short walk to most major sites in Florence and numerous excellent restaurants. Despite some issues experienced during my honeymoon stay, the central location makes it convenient for exploring Florence on foot.

The dining experience was a bit mixed. I enjoyed a fabulous breakfast full of berries and various fruits, alongside hot bacon and eggs. However, the dining area downstairs at a cafe didn't match the hotel's style, which seemed a bit out of place considering the room cost.

Wow! The hotel's rooms offer fantastic views of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio, although they appeared larger in the pictures. The bathroom was amazing with a frescoed ceiling that could rival the Uffizi's masterpieces.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with very ultra-modern rooms and great facilities. After a long day on the road, the well-appointed rooms were a welcome retreat, although the windows were a bit tricky to open due to the building's age.
